HEXAVIEW TECHNOLOGIES
INCORPORATIONS and its affiliates and subsidiaries
(collectively, “we”, “our”, or “us”) has developed “REPORTWA” a
reporting tool for financial advisors that lets them design pixel-perfect
reports with data visualization, right inside MS Word and Excel files using the
add-in. We are dedicated to protect our users' (“users” or “you”) privacy
rights. The purpose of this page is to inform you about our policies with the
collection, use, and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information(“PII”)
if anyone decided to use the applications or software offered by us
(collectively, the “Service”).
We take your privacy and
data security seriously. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy”) is meant
to help you understand what information HEXAVIEW collects when using the
service, how we use such information, and the recipients with whom we share
such information.
Thus, HEXAVIEW has
created this privacy statement (“Statement”) in order to demonstrate its firm
commitment to the privacy of the details that you provide to us when
registering for free trial, as the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR
(GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS EU 2016/679) and related UK legislation. Data
is stored in SOC 2 complaint US data center.
This Privacy Policy applies
to your access and use of the service named REPORTWA made available
through the Microsoft Office 365 Store along with any revisions, updates and/or
modifications thereto (collectively, “Add-in”) and any data, products, services
and associated materials or media supplied with the Add-in (together with the Add-in,
the “Services”).
We believe your business is
no one else’s. Your Privacy is important to you and to us. So we’ll protect the
information you share with us. To protect your privacy, REPORTWA follows
different principles in accordance with worldwide practices for customer
privacy and data protection.
- We won’t
sell or give away your name, mail address, phone number, email address or any
other information to anyone.
- We ‘ll use
state – of – the – art security measures to protect your information from
unauthorized users.
Therefore, to provide you
with our services we need (and sometimes are obliged by the law) to collect
your personal data. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) informs Users (a
"User", "You") of our policies regarding the processing of
Personal Information we receive from Users of when they are registering for
free trial.

messages, device type, and unique device identifiers. For example, we may
collect IP addresses from you when you log into the Services as part of
our log-in and security features.

HEXAVIEW, our Services, our customers and others.

up an administrator account, your personal information may be accessible
by people other than you and HEXAVIEW and they may have the ability to
access, change, copy, or delete your personal information.
- With
Social Media Platforms. Some of our Services
enable you to share information on third-party social media platforms,
like Facebook and Twitter. Any information you choose to share on social
media may potentially be visible to a global audience and will be subject
to the third-party social media provider's privacy policies (not this
Privacy Statement). You should take care only to share information on
social media that you are comfortable sharing.
- For
Mergers and Acquisitions. If we are involved
with a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation, bankruptcy, or the
acquisition of all or part of our business to another company, we may share

6. DATA
RETENTION.

you specifically ask us to delete your personal information as explained in
Section 7 “Your Rights”, we retain your information as long as is necessary to
maintain your HEXAVIEW account or to provide you with our Services. Once you
have terminated your account or otherwise cease using our Services (including
if we determine your account has gone inactive), we will no longer retain your
information except to the extent necessary:

send you marketing communications in accordance with your marketing
preferences (which you can change at any time – see Section 5);
- for
our legal or regulatory compliance (e.g. maintaining records of
transactions you have made with us), to exercise, establish or defend
legal claims, and to protect against fraudulent or abusive activity on our
Service; or
- for
general product improvement purposes in accordance with this Privacy
Statement, provided that any data retained for this purpose will be used
only for a limited period and handled securely and in confidence.
If
we no longer need your information for the above purposes, we will generally
delete or de-identify it in accordance with our standard data retention
practices. However, there may be occasions where we are unable to fully delete
or de-identify your information due to technical or other operational reasons,
for example where your information has been archived onto back-up systems.
Where this is the case, we will take reasonable measures to securely isolate
your information from any further processing until such time as we are able to
delete or de-identify it.

and process. We respond to all requests we receive from individuals in the EEA
that are using a Service directed to the EEA wishing to exercise their data

REPORTWA will be used as an add-in to Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel.
If you choose to use any of these Third-Party Services or link or sync any
of these Third-Party Services with your REPORTWA account you are
permitting us to provide your information and any information associated
with your account, including personal information, to the third party.
Your interactions with these Third-Party Services are governed by the
privacy statement of the company providing the relevant Third-Party
Service.
- MICROSOFT
OFFICE. If you access or use MICROSOFT
office tools, which our service runs through, this Privacy Statement only
applies to applications that are posted by HEXAVIEW and link to this
Privacy Statement. If an application is posted by a third party, the
privacy statement of that third party applies and this Privacy Statement
does not.
- Third-Party
Advertising and Analytics. HEXAVIEW may
use advertising networks and other third -parties to display advertising
on our Services or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our
third-party partners may place Cookies on our Services and unaffiliated
websites in order to serve advertisements that may be relevant to you
based on your browsing activities and interests, and to determine the
effectiveness of such advertisements. If you wish to opt-out of
interest-based advertising, you can do so by contacting us.
- Even
if you opt-out of such Cookies or otherwise opt-out of interest-based
advertising, you will still receive advertisements, they just won't be
tailored to your interests. If you opt-out and later delete your Cookies,
